Welcome to Change of Pace, Your 30 minute fitness center! No matter what your fitness levels or goals are, being physically active will improve the health of your body, mind and soul!

You get strength and aerobic training all in one trip, making it a total body workout. With easy to use equipment, and no heavy weights to adjust, repetitions to count, or waiting time, after only a couple trips to the center, you’ll be an expert!

The center is relatively small, and furnished to be cozy, not an institute. You get to exercise at YOUR convenience (hey it only takes 30 minutes)!

We also offer dietary advice from qualified staff, food sensitivity testing and various supportive treatments to accommodate individual needs.
